Securing Penghu’s Water Future

Climate change has intensified water scarcity challenges for island communities. Penghu faces declining rainfall, dropping groundwater levels, and saltwater intrusion. Our advanced desalination facility provides a climate-resilient solution, delivering reliable water supply independent of weather patterns.

This project represents more than infrastructure—it’s Penghu’s pathway to water security and sustainable island development.

Key Capabilities & Benefits:

🔹 Climate-Independent Water Supply

Ocean-sourced water ensures year-round availability, providing drought-proof security for residents and industries.

🔹 Groundwater Conservation

Replacing groundwater extraction reduces over-pumping and saltwater intrusion, preserving natural aquifers.

🔹 Advanced Membrane Technology

Multi-barrier treatment including reverse osmosis ensures water quality exceeding drinking water standards.

🔹 Energy-Efficient Operations

Integrated high-efficiency systems with renewable energy planning demonstrate our commitment to carbon reduction.

🔹 Marine Environment Protection

Environmentally-designed brine discharge system with continuous monitoring ensures minimal ecological impact.

🔹 Smart Water Management

Full-plant intelligent monitoring platform enables real-time quality control, predictive maintenance, and operational optimization.

🔹 Modular Expansion Ready

Scalable design accommodates future capacity increases, serving as a replicable model for other coastal communities.

🔹 International Standards Excellence
